Job Purpose

The Business Development Director is responsible for driving company revenues through the strategic growth of both B2B (medical network partnerships) and B2C (HNWI wellness programs).

This role combines strategic leadership, relationship management, and sales execution —building long-term commercial partnerships with clinics, physicians, and high-value clients while expanding Regenesys' footprint in the medical and wellness sectors.

You will be a key member of the management team, reporting directly to the COO, and working cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations to deliver sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Revenue Generation

  2. Lead the commercial strategy to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets across both B2B and B2C segments.

  3. Develop and execute client acquisition strategies that drive consistent pipeline growth.
  4. Identify new business verticals, partnership opportunities, and high-value collaborations.

  5. B2B Development (Clinics, Doctors, Affiliates)

  6. Establish and nurture relationships with medical professionals, specialty clinics, and wellness centers.

  7. Drive partner onboarding, contract negotiations, and revenue-sharing arrangements.
  8. Conduct product presentations, workshops, and joint campaigns with partner doctors.
  9. Lead key account management for priority partners.3. B2C Development (HNWI Market)
  10. Build and manage a network of high-net-worth clients and wellness advocates.
  11. Collaborate with the Concierge Wellness and Marketing teams to develop personalized packages for VIP clientele.
  12. Represent Regenesys at luxury, wellness, and medical conventions, lifestyle events, and HNWI networking functions.

  13. Strategic Planning & Leadership

  14. Translate company goals into actionable commercial plans and KPIs.

  15. Develop incentive structures, pricing models, and channel strategies.
  16. Lead, mentor, and grow a small but high-performing business development team.
  17. Provide market intelligence and insights to the leadership team.

  18. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  19. Work closely with the Medical & Clinical Affairs department for compliant selling and clinical training.

  20. Partner with Marketing to execute campaigns, sponsorships, and event-driven

acquisition programs.

  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure partner fulfillment and client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in business development, account management, or sales leadership roles — ideally in medical aesthetics, regenerative medicine, pharma, biotech, or premium wellness industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving multimillion-peso monthly targets through B2B and/or B2C channels.
  • Deep understanding of medical practice dynamics (clinic operations, doctor relations, FDA/DOH compliance) is highly preferred.
  • Existing network of doctors, clinic owners, and HNWI clients will be a major advantage.
