
Senior Front Desk Officer

Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients
- Answer questions and address complaints of clients
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
- Book the client's appointment accordingly
- Upsell services and products
- Monitor store supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files of clients
- Prepares end of day sales report
- Prepares inventory report in coordination with head office
- Monitor branch expenses and costs
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience as front desk, concierge, sales executive, customer service, and other related jobs
Willing to be permanently assigned in 3/F Ayala Malls Vertis North, Mindanao Avenue cor. North Avenue, Brgy. Bagong Pag-Asa, Quezon City, or 5/F Shangri-La Plaza Main Wing, EDSA cor. Shaw Boulevard, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City
Preferably with background in Sales
- Can start as soon as possible
