Reports to: Divisional head of LAO

Position Summary:

The loan admin officer will process administrative task as set by the broker including ordering pricing and valuation, managing discharges, post settlement loan maintenance, client surveys, calling banks to track loan progress and data entry in CRM and ApplyOnline.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Order pricing and valuations across different lender platforms
  • Create discharge form and manage discharge request on behalf of the broker
  • Track the loan progress by calling banks and/or escalating to BDM
  • Manage loans post settlement by reviewing loan contract, sending post settlement email and survey
  • Conduct loan review as per broker's meeting notes to check current loan status and setup with the bank to determine if can lower down interest rates
  • Data entry in CRM and Apply Online
  • Work with different departments to achieve desired results
  • Ensuring notes are placed in CRM for every task

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or at least 2 years of strong Australian Mortgage processing experience
  • Knowledgeable in Nexus and Sales Trekker
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
  • Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strategic and creative mindset.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
