We are looking for an energetic and results oriented individual with strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of loan or lending principles to help us support our lending company.

This position requires the successful candidate to work closely with our clients and will handle our lending aspect of the company, so we prefer someone knowledgeable with lending or financial processes but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will be the focal point for our lending company mainly reviewing and processing loan applications for accuracy and completeness.

  2. Verifying financial information provided by applicants, including income, employment history, and credit history.

  3. Assessing the applicant's ability to repay the loan and analyzing financial data to assess the risk associated with a loan

  4. Providing excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from borrowers. Communicating loan decisions and terms to applicants. Determining the appropriateloan amount and interest rate.

  5. Preparing loan documents, such as loan agreements and promissory notes

  6. Cultivating relationships with potential borrowers and referral sources

  7. Ensuring compliance with lending regulations and policies identifying potential lending opportunities.

  8. Staying updated on changes in lending practices and regulations

  9. Collaborating with other loan officers and internal teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
