Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a 4-year bachelor's degree graduate from any course.
  • With 6 months to 1 years of experience in Loans, Admin, Documentation and Reports Management.
  • Has experience also in using with Microsoft Office application (Excel, PPT, etc).
  • Amenable to report in Paseo de Roxas, Makati.

Job description:

Responsible for the report preparations for all LOD transactions.

Checks documents / reports received from branches / ITD / other sources and consolidates to create official reports.

Ensures timeliness and accuracy of reports.

Loans Operations:

  • Reviews and checks data received from sources. Reports discrepancies and note errors.

-Prepares reports (Mancom and other Management Reports, Loan Proceeds, ORCR and DI Payments, Checkpoints and other reports that may be assigned by the Head.

Operating Policies, procedures, and guidelines:

-Monitors operational processes and ensure that they are done accurately and completely within the prescribed turn-around time.

-Complies with the existing rules and regulations of the company ( e.g. COC, OM, IN, directives)

Other administrative functions:

-Process Employee Motorcycle Loan booking.

-Process registration and encumbrance of high-end bikes and payments to TPSPs.

-Process Insurance payments and other related transactions.

-Assist the branch in its operations (ATD / BKG/ ACS), as needed and for BCP purposes.
