Gaming Operations Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the supervision of the whole Casino operations (Slots and Table Games) within his/her shift. Specializes in handling VVIP patrons and or Private rooms. The Gaming Operations Manager will ensure that the highest standards of efficiency, guest service, and security are met in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

1.1. Essential Functions

Quality

1.1.1. Ensure that all operational procedures and directives issued in relation to the dealing and supervision standards of the gaming operations are adhered to by subordinates. Enforcement must be a daily function of the Gaming Operations Manager.

1.1.2. Manage productivity (game pace and efficiency) by monitoring, maintaining, and achieving the required standards of all games under his or her supervision.

1.1.3. Ensure provision of adequate gaming tables by game type and table limits to meet customer demand. Hence, maximize revenue potential.

1.1.4. Ensure the accuracy of all table transactions and table performances by accessing the casino system as authorized.

1.1.5. Ensure that all relevant paperwork (pit administration) are completed and are accurate.

1.1.6. Ensure that all the gaming equipment is accounted for; in proper working order, and to report any defects to Surveillance and Operations Management, as applicable, for resolution.

1.1.7. Ensure the pit and immediate vicinity is clean, well maintained, provides a welcoming environment and that the items provided for customer use are adequately distributed and replenished as required.

1.1.8. Ensure the security and integrity of gaming operations is maintained and to protect company assets by enforcing security measures and procedures.

1.1.9. Must be vigilant to any attempts to compromise operations by either guests, staff or a combination of both. Any suspicion whatsoever of an illegal act should be reported to Operations Management and Surveillance immediately.

Customer

Ensure customer satisfaction by acting positively and effectively to circumstance, exercising politeness and attentiveness at all times.

Attend to and resolve gaming incidents and disputes within his/her capacity and to comply to set guidelines. Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.

People

To learn new skills and knowledge by participating diligently in training programs as and when provided by Management.

Manage the performance of the Casino Operations team by coaching, counseling, motivating, and provide effective appraisals that include progress reports on an on-going basis.

Develop subordinates to perform their duties at optimum level.

Financial

Works within the allocated budget for Casino Operations.

Ensure that Gross Gaming Revenue and Net Revenue target is achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually.

1.2. Nature of Work

1.2.1. Involves working in small, enclosed smoking areas.

1.2.2. Involves working on odd hours, on weekends, and on holidays.

1.2.3. Involves a lot of walking and standing in long periods of time.

QUALIFICATIONS

1.1. Education

1.1.1. A Diploma/Degree in any related discipline

1.2. Experience

1.2.1. At least 5 years' experience in Casino operations and 3 years' in managerial position

1.2.2. Dealing and Inspecting knowledge of Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette are pre-requisites.

1.3. Knowledge and Skills

1.3.1.Working knowledge of the various types of Slot Machines in casinos.

1.3.2.Working knowledge of MS Office, Windows or other operating systems.

1.3.3.Well versed in VIP Players Rolling Program offered either internally or externally.

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month
