About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Game Master to be the voice and mind the games we publish. In this role, you will be the bridge between different stakeholders, cultivating a vibrant environment and boosting the number of active players. Your work will directly impact player satisfaction, drive retention, and help us grow our ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Be the expert on all game content that we publish, including challenge solutions, storylines, technical setups, and potential challenges. You are the definitive resource for all game-related concerns, marketing strategies and community building.
  • Game Economics & Environment: Analyze player data, game performance, and competitor pricing to suggest strategies for monetization, player retention, and long-term engagement. Provide insight into puzzle difficulty and player flow to optimize game loops.
  • Technical Operations: Operate, troubleshoot, and perform minor maintenance on all technical equipment associated with the games, including software, audio/visual systems, and complex props.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect player and team feedback and provide detailed reports to dev team to help improve game design, identify common pain points, and enhance the overall player experience.
  • Customer Service: Act as a front-line brand ambassador, answering player questions and addressing concerns with a fellow-player and professional demeanor.

What You Should Have

  • 1-5 years of experience as a game master, community manager or customer support for a gaming account.
  • Demonstrated experience as a gamer across different genres (e.g., RPGs, FPS, story-driven games, tactical games).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Bonus: Proficiency in additional languages (e.g. Tagalog, Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese).
  • Proficient in utilizing community platforms such as Discord, Meta, Telegram, Viber or similar tools.
  • Hardcore gamer (PC, Console and Mobile games)
  • Willing to work in rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays)
  • A self-starter, engaging, and keen in working in a fast-paced environment.
