The Casino Analytics Associate supports data-driven efforts to improve casino performance, player engagement, and profitability. Working with teams across Gaming Operations, Marketing, and Finance, the associate helps turn data into useful insights that guide daily operations and decision-making. This role focuses on preparing reports, maintaining dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting in analytics projects that promote a data-informed culture across the organization.

Essential Functions

Quality

  • Assist in preparing accurate and timely reports, including weekly and monthly dashboards, KPI summaries, and ad-hoc performance reviews.
  • Help ensure that data insights are clearly presented and support operational decisions that improve player engagement and profitability.
  • Maintain and update dashboards and reporting tools used by different departments.
  • Support the use of basic statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities in player and game data.
  • Follow established data quality and governance practices to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Coordinate with data teams to help verify the accuracy and completeness of data across systems.
  • Review data sources and reports to ensure they meet internal standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Keep documentation of analytics processes and data definitions organized and up to date.
  • Stay informed about basic trends and tools in casino analytics and suggest improvements when applicable.
  • Support compliance with gaming regulations, audit requirements, and data privacy policies.
  • Participate in efforts to improve analytics workflows and reporting accuracy.
  • Handle player and business data with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Monitor key metrics used in reports and flag any inconsistencies or issues.
  • Provide data support during planning and review sessions with relevant teams.
  • Help ensure reporting formats and methods are consistent across departments.
  • Assist in compiling regular performance summaries for management review.
  • Help prepare special reports and presentations for meetings and audits.
  • Maintain organized records of analytics outputs for future reference.
  • Support routine checks to ensure analytics tools and systems are functioning properly.
  • Suggest basic automation ideas to improve reporting speed and accuracy.
  • Follow company policies on data handling, cybersecurity, and compliance.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • At least 6 months of data analytics, gaming data science, or a related business intelligence environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Working knowledge of BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Familiarity with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or experimental design (A/B testing).
