The Player Development Associate is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with casino players to enhance their gaming experience and encourage loyalty. The role supports the Player Development team in coordinating player events, tracking guest activity, and ensuring personalized, high-quality service to valued patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying, engaging, and maintaining relationships with qualified players.
  • Support the execution of player programs, events, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate reservations, accommodations, transportation, and special requests for guests.
  • Maintain accurate and updated player records in the casino management system.
  • Provide timely and courteous responses to player inquiries and concerns.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., Casino Operations, Hotel, F&B) to deliver seamless service.
  • Monitor player activity and assist in preparing reports for tracking and analysis.
  • Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling player information.
  • Contribute to achieving player retention and revenue goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or college level in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in customer service, marketing, or casino operations is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin-speaking is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a guest-oriented mindset.
