About the Role

We're looking for fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in operations and customer support.

As a Customer Operations Associate, you'll learn how a global tech company operates day to day, work directly with customers, and help improve internal systems and processes. This role is a great opportunity to gain professional skills, develop your communication and problem-solving abilities, and work with an international team that values high performance.

What You'll Do
  • Respond to customer inquiries with empathy, clarity, and accuracy.
  • Guide new customers through onboarding and help ensure their success.
  • Follow up proactively to keep customers on track.
  • Support process and workflow improvements within the operations team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance the customer experience.
Who You Are
  • A fresh or recent graduate (no prior experience required).
  • Graduate from a top university or an honor/award recipient (e.g., cum laude, dean's lister, etc.).
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and a natural problem solver.
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
