Training Manager

At least 2–3 years of BPO experience as an Assistant Training Manager or in an equivalent role within the Banking domain (Insurance and Mortgage experience is REQUIRED)
Bachelor's degree graduate in any field
Must have a C1 or higher English language proficiency level
Certifications in Training and Development are a strong advantage
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Skilled in coaching and mentoring team members
Core Domain Knowledge
- Solid understanding of BFSI products and services (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)
- Strong grasp of adult learning principles and various training methodologies
Training Needs Analysis
- Proven expertise in identifying training needs through different assessment methods
- Ability to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, measure ROI, and implement data-driven improvements
Quality Assurance (QA) & Performance Management
- Understanding of how training impacts quality and performance metrics
- Capability to collaborate with QA and Operations teams to align training initiatives with business goals and compliance standards
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Organizational & Time Management
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php110, Php130,000.00 per month
