We're looking for an experienced Training Manager with strong background in the Banking, Mortgage, and Insurance domain to join our growing team

Qualifications:
- 2–3 years BPO experience as Assistant Training Manager or equivalent (Banking / Mortgage / Insurance)
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- C1 or higher English proficiency level
- Certifications in Training & Development a plus
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Expertise in training needs analysis and performance improvement
- Solid knowledge of BFSI products and services
- Strong grasp of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and emotional intelligence
