HIRING: Training Manager – Mortgage and Insurance (Banking Domain)
About the Role:
We're looking for a Training Manager with solid experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain, particularly in Mortgage and Insurance. The role involves leading end-to-end training initiatives, ensuring learning effectiveness, and aligning training outcomes with business goals and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years BPO experience as an Assistant Training Manager or equivalent in the Banking Domain (Insurance & Mortgage).
- Bachelor's degree graduate; certifications in Training & Development are a plus.
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of BFSI products and services.
- Expertise in training needs analysis, program evaluation, and ROI measurement.
- Experience collaborating with QA and Operations to drive performance and quality.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
