Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coaching abilities
  • In-depth understanding of BFSI products and services
  • Expertise in Training Needs Analysis, ROI measurement, and program evaluation
  • Collaboration with QA and Operations to align training with business goals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational, time management, and teamwork skills

Location: Alphaland, Makati

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php110,000.00 per month
