The Sales & Logistics Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales Department. The role ensures month contribution between principals, clients and internal teams by handling inquiries, preparing quotations, monitoring shipments and processing payments and logistics related documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support

  2. Send inquiries to foreign and local principals for pricing and technical details.

  3. Source and coordinate with local principals or suppliers when required.

  4. Prepare and issue quotation based on client requirements and principal responses.

  5. Documentation and Payment Processing

A. Prepare payment requests for:

  • Principal payments
  • Duties and Taxes funding
  • Foreign charges
  • Broker's Billing
  • Reimbursement of local charges

B. Ensure accuracy and completeness of payment documents prior to endorsement for approval.

  1. Logistics Coordination

  2. Monitor goods in transit (via FedEx, DHL or through Brokers) and ensure timely delivery.

  3. Coordinate with logistics partners and brokers for shipment status and customs clearance.

  4. Assist in receiving delivered items and ensure proper documentation.

  5. Verification and Inventory Support

  6. Check and verify the accuracy of delivered items against purchase orders and packing lists.

  7. Report any discrepancies or damages immediately to the concerned departments.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, purchasing or logistics.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration (preferred), or any related business course.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word,Excel,Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
