What you'll do
Focus: Serve as an Executive Partner embedded with the Head of Brand for a client account.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Sourcing & Outreach:
- Identify, vet, and new influencers using data-backed criteria such as audience demographics, engagement rates, content quality, and past performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts (under supervision), and onboard new partners.
Campaign Management & Execution:
- Support the Head of Brand in the planning and execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are clearly communicated and tracked.
- Coordinate the timely sending of product samples, briefing materials, and contracts to influencers.
- Track content creation schedules and ensure all influencer content adheres to brand guidelines, campaign requirements, and FTC disclosure regulations.
Influencer Data, Reporting & Optimization:
- Track, gather, and compile performance metrics for all influencer activities, including reach, impressions, engagement rate, conversions, click-through rates (CTR), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Manage and maintain the influencer tracking links and unique discount codes to accurately attribute sales and traffic to specific partners.
- Analyze data trends across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to evaluate influencer effectiveness and identify opportunities for content and partner optimization.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly reports, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for improving future campaign strategy and influencer selection.
- Maintain the influencer database (CRM) with up-to-date contact information, partnership history, and performance data.
Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of influencers, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Ensure influencers have a positive and seamless experience collaborating with the brand.
Qualifications
- Creative Agency background: experience supporting brand, marketing, or comms leaders across traditional businesses and agency environments
- 2–3+ years in an Executive/Virtual Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Ops role
- Influencer / Brand Partnerships Management
- Crisp English communication and executive presence
- Systems thinker who builds clear, repeatable workflows
- Hands-on with modern AI/automation tools for triage, drafting, research, and simple zaps
Nice-to-haves
- Creative agency experience coordinating briefs, assets, and review cycles
- Global client support across US/EU/Asia time zones
- Light PM experience and familiarity with Zapier/Make/n8n

Compensation (USD, level-based)
- Executive Partner (Client): Starting at $900 / month
- Senior Executive Partner: ~$1,200–1,400 / month
- Reviews: Rolling, merit-based; not tenure — advance as you demonstrate sustained next-level outcomes
- Payments: On-time, predictable cadence
Work setup
- Location: Fully remote (PH welcome)
- Time zones: Asia or Europe overlap focused; select roles may include limited US overlap
- Tech: 30 Mbps+ internet; i5/Ryzen , 8GB RAM (16GB recommended)
