Job Summary:

The Production Staff is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day manufacturing and assembly processes to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production output. This role supports the production team by operating equipment, preparing materials, monitoring workflow, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in production operations, including assembly, packaging, labeling, and quality checking of products.
  • Operate machinery and equipment according to company safety standards and operating procedures.
  • Ensure all materials and tools needed for production are prepared and available.
  • Conduct basic quality checks to maintain product standards.
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the production area.
  • Report equipment issues, material shortages, or production delays to supervisors.
  • Adhere to company policies, health, and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:
  • At least High School graduate (Vocational/Technical course is an advantage).
  • With or without work experience in manufacturing/production (training will be provided).
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, overtime, or shifting schedules if required.

Skills Required:
  • Basic knowledge of production processes and equipment (preferred).
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
