The Product Sales Staff is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products, assisting clients with inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes handling sales transactions, preparing quotations, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate sales records. This position is open for fresh graduates who are goal-oriented, confident, and interested in building a career in sales and marketing.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and other related documents.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
  • Assist in monitoring product availability and inventory status.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update client records and sales reports.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities as needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good client relationships.
  • Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Open for fresh graduates; sales experience is an advantage.
  • Good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Energetic, customer-focused, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
