About the role

Philtrust Bank is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Branch Staff to join our Morayta branch in Manila City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our retail banking customers and supporting the overall operations of the branch.

What you'll be doing

  1. Serving customers at the teller counter, assisting with deposits, withdrawals, account inquiries and other banking transactions
  2. Promoting and cross-selling Philtrust Bank's products and services to meet customer needs
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all customer transactions
  4. Handling cash and balancing cash drawers at the end of each day
  5. Providing general support to the branch manager and other team members as required
  6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal policies

What we're looking for

  1. College diploma or equivalent, with some prior experience in a customer service or retail banking role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service to customers
  3. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail to accurately handle financial transactions
  4. Basic computer proficiency, including experience with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
  5. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  6. Knowledge of banking products, services and regulations in the Philippines is preferred
