Main Job Functions:

· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.

· Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

· Conduct property presentations and site tours with potential buyers or investors.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Provide accurate information about properties, including prices, features, and financing options.

· Negotiate offers and close sales deals in coordination with legal and finance teams.

· Prepare lease proposals, contracts, and ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

· Monitor and analyze leasing performance, occupancy rates, and rental pricing to optimize leasing strategies.

· Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

· Create promotional materials including brochures, social media content, email newsletters, and advertising copy.

· Plan and coordinate open house events, property exhibitions, and client engagement activities.

· Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and tenant needs to identify new opportunities and adjust marketing and leasing approaches.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, brokers, and industry professionals.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants throughout the leasing process and tenancy period.

· Address tenant concerns, negotiate lease renewals, and handle conflict resolution.

· Prepare regular reports on leasing activity, market trends, and tenant retention efforts for senior management.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial leasing, real estate, or property management

· Proven experience in managing leasing and marketing activities in the commercial real estate sector.

· Strong understanding of real estate market trends, tenant acquisition, and property management.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems, and property management software.

Knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in leasing and real estate contracts.
