We're hiring a Sales & Client Relations Associate to collaborate with veterinary clinics and pet owners in strengthening partnerships and promoting the use of a digital system that streamlines clinic operations and customer transactions.

The role focuses on helping clients use the platform for bookings and payments, managing both clinic and customer data, and improving engagement through clear communication and professional relationship-building.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison between the company and assigned veterinary clinics to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Organize, update, and maintain clinic and client information within the digital platform.
  • Promote the consistent use of the platform among clinic staff and customers for scheduling, payments, and transactions.
  • Guide clients in navigating the system to improve efficiency and overall customer experience.
  • Support business objectives by achieving performance goals related to platform adoption and engagement.
Qualifications
  • Preferably with experience in sales, client service, or account management.
  • Comfortable using mobile applications, digital tools, and online systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Open to undergraduates with excellent people skills and professionalism.
  • Must be based in or near Caloocan City.

Location: General Tinio Caloocan (must be near or around the area)

Salary: 18k plus allowance

Schedule: Monday to Saturday
