Manager – Financial Planning and Analysis

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven
Manager
to oversee Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), delivering key insights that support decision-making, improve profitability, and optimize resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and monitoring of
annual budgets
and
periodic forecasts
. - Develop
profitability models
for clients, programs, and overall operations. - Design and maintain
dashboards
to track financial and operational
KPIs
. - Conduct
variance analyses
(budget vs. actual) and report findings to the
CFO
. - Partner with the leadership team to ensure
financial plans align with organizational goals
.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in
Finance, Accounting
, or
Economics
(
MBA preferred
). - 10+ years
of experience in
financial planning and analysis
, with at least
5 years in a leadership or managerial role
. - Proficient in financial tools such as
QuickBooks Online Advanced
,
Power BI
, and
Microsoft Excel
. - Strong
analytical, presentation
, and
storytelling skills
. - Proven ability to turn data into
actionable business insights
.
