Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Assistant Sales Manager to collaborate with the Sales Manager in driving revenue growth and executing high-impact sales strategies. This role is perfect for experienced enterprise sales professionals who excel at building strong client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and leading teams to meet ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage and expand existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and research.
  • Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities to guide data-driven, strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals, presentations, and contracts that address client-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Technical) to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Coach, mentor, and support junior sales team members to build and sustain a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably within IT, software, or ERP solutions.
  • Strong expertise in client acquisition, account management, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to driving business growth.
