Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Prospecting & Saturation

  2. Conduct saturation activities (site visits, networking, cold calls, online research) to identify new and potential clients (projects, retail, corporate, contractors, and other accounts).

  3. Build and maintain a client database for both project-based and regular accounts.
  4. Assist in scheduling meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.

  5. Sales Support

  6. Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and related documents.

  7. Assist in monitoring client inquiries and ensure timely response.
  8. Support sales executives in closing deals by providing necessary data and documentation.

  9. Project & Account Coordination

  10. Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders regarding lighting requirements.

  11. Liaise with internal departments (purchasing, logistics, warehouse) to ensure proper delivery and installation schedules.
  12. Assist in monitoring progress of projects and orders, providing updates to the sales team.

  13. Documentation & Reporting

  14. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities.

  15. Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports (including saturation results).
  16. Ensure proper filing of contracts, agreements, and account-related documents.

  17. Customer Relationship Management

  18. Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns.

  19. Assist in building long-term relationships with both project clients and general accounts.
