JOB SUMMARY

This position is accountable for the promotion and sale of a broad range of technical products/solutions/services under the direction of the Sales Manager. Develops new sales opportunities and addresses and services the needs of established accounts. Utilizes excellent products/solutions/services and customer knowledge to educate customers on pricing and application advantages, and how they meet customer's needs. Develop sales plans and coordinate marketing strategies for account management team, within the context of the overall corporate plan and, where appropriate, recommend standards and set sales targets and quotas. Establishes and maintains sales relationships with major accounts/customers. Responsible for providing ongoing support to high value clients. Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts. Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships. Provide ongoing support to high value clients ensuring they receive high quality customer service. Possess very detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of clients' business. Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and / or exceeding sales targets. Organize visits to current and potential clients. Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients. Serve as a liaison between clients and company departments. Informs clients of new products and services as they are introduced. Recommend products and services that fit well with clients' business needs. Responsible for the level of sales in an area, route or group of clients according to company sales policy, by supervising a group of salesmen engaged in promoting sales and supplying products to clients in order to increase market share. Lead the day-to-day activities of a sales team in order to achieve the sales team's business targets. Key activities may include: develop new and potential business, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution sales strategies. Lead sales support activities and coach sales representatives on the aspects of selling technic. Supervise team members; priorities and assign tasks to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively and targets are met
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manages Sales organizational development plans. Analyzes Sales staff skills sets and plans learning programs to develop Accounting staff professional knowledge and skills.
Oversees Corporate Sales management risk and compliance matters. Accountable for legal compliance, conduct audits, reviews and resolve issues.
Ensures applicable systems and data are maintained and updated.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Marketing.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager level.
Combination of Selling and People Management
