Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food & Beverages Manager at Vikings Group of Companies in One Ayala, Makati. The Food & Beverages Manager will be responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations of the front and back of the house.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of HRM and/or Culinary Arts or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as F&B Manager, Hotel Manager, or Restaurant Manager
  • Responsible for the standards of service delivered to the guests in the food & beverage outlets
  • Ensure the quality of services in accordance with the company standard
  • Health and safety regulations & compliance adept
