JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our operations as we bring Pizza Studio Tamaki to the Philippines. The ideal candidate has strong F&B management experience, with a solid background in launching or managing a startup franchise business.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in restaurant or F&B management (preferably franchise setup/startup environment).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills — someone who can build, train, and lead a high-performing restaurant team.
  • Hands-on management style with the ability to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent service standards, and maintain quality control.
  • Knowledgeable in cost control, inventory, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Strategic mindset to help grow and sustain the restaurant's operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the overall restaurant operations.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise the restaurant team.
  • Implement and maintain operational systems, standards, and processes.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and brand consistency.
  • Manage budgets, cost control, inventory, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with the owners and head office on expansion and operational goals.
