Systems & Technical Support

  • Manage and maintain POS systems, inventory & sales systems, CCTV, network, and communication platforms across all stores.
  • Provide timely on-site or remote support for technical issues affecting operations.
  • Ensure the fast resolution of system downtime messages to avoid service interruptions.

Infrastructure Management

  • Maintain hardware and software assets, networking equipment, backups, and IT documentation.
  • Plan and implement upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance.

Data Security & Compliance

  • Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy policies and secure user access controls.
  • Conduct regular data backup and integrity checks.

New Store Setup & Expansion

  • Lead IT requirements for new branch openings, including POS setup, cabling, CCTV installation, and network configuration.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for IT-related projects.

Training & User Management

  • Train store teams and support staff on POS use, system processes, and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare user guides and conduct periodic refresher sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php80,000.00 per month
