About the role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team at access healthcare in Pasay City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within our healthcare operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures to monitor and improve the quality of our healthcare services
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies
  • Analysing and interpreting quality data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for process optimisation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
  • Providing training and support to staff on quality management practices and standards
  • Documenting and reporting on quality metrics, findings and recommendations to key stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles, tools and techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply industry regulations and standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality management or a healthcare-related discipline
