Recruitment Manager (1HC)
Job requirements:
- Sets strategies for meeting manpower requirements of the organization
Works with the Business Development/ Account Management team/ Requisitioning Department in establishing the specific manpower requirements, rates and timelines of a specific business group. - Source and implements appropriate assessment tools to ensure quality placement of talents / skills.
 - Contacts colleges or other institutions to arrange campus or on-site interviews. Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants
 - Manages the First steps orientation for new hires
 - Interfaces and negotiates with clients regarding job specifications / requirements in relations to their present and future plans
 - Conducts in-depth behavioral interviews and comes up with a profile on the "fit" of the candidate to any position within the organization or for promotion
 - Provides key strategic advice and / or participates in decisions regarding the recruitment, selection and placement of key management and technical people
 - Headhunts and builds manpower pool of seasoned and experienced candidates for the position she is handling
 - Designs recruitment, selection and placement systems (SOPPs) that support the organization's business set-up
 Utilizes the following sourcing mechanisms:
Creates a network for the accounts she is handling, e.g. membership to professional organizations, HR persons in other companies, and prospective candidates
- Designs job placements
 - Able to decide / determine if employee is qualified for promotion via assessment and validation (interview, review of PA, etc.)
 - Able to anticipate vacancies, manpower projections and succession or replacement strategies through an efficient manpower planning system
 - Able to establish, implement and continuously improve the quality information security policies assigned to him / her.
 - Able to establish structure and procedures to protect classified information.
 - Able to report information security related incidents without any delay to the right authority.
 
Qualifications:
- With a college degree of any course
 - Has at least 3 to 5 volume hiring experience
 - Must be willing to work onsite from Monday to Friday in Bridgetowne, QC
