Overview

A Volume Recruiter is responsible for rapidly filling a high volume of open positions within an organization. This role requires a strong ability to source, screen, and qualify candidates efficiently, while maintaining a high level of quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Proactively search for qualified candidates to fill open positions within specified timelines.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and workflow.
  • Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Administer pre-employment assessments as required.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure candidate alignment with job requirements.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
