About the role

We are looking for an experienced Bidding and Billing professional to join our growing Construction Business' team in Bagumbayan Quezon City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for preparing competitive bids and invoicing on our wide range of construction projects, playing a crucial part in the financial success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing detailed, accurate and competitive bids for new construction projects
  2. Generating invoices for completed work and following up on outstanding payments
  3. Liaising with project managers and site teams to understand job progress and requirements
  4. Maintaining detailed records of all bids, contracts and invoices
  5. Analysing cost data to identify opportunities to improve profitability
  6. Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc accounting and reporting tasks

What we're looking for

  1. 3+ years' experience in a bidding and billing role, preferably within the construction industry
  2. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  3. Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  5. Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  6. Relevant qualifications in Accounting or a related field are preferred
