Job Description:

This role supports pre-sales, engineering, and procurement teams by ensuring accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with technical and project requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate BOMs for security solutions (CCTV, access control, FDAS, alarms) and IT systems (servers, networking, storage, software).
  • Analyze project requirements, drawings, and technical specifications to determine the correct products and quantities.
  • Coordinate with sales, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure BOM accuracy and alignment with client needs.
  • Provide costing support and documentation for proposals, tenders, and bids.
  • Update and maintain BOM records, templates, and revisions for multiple projects.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to confirm pricing, product availability, and technical details.
  • Ensure BOMs comply with industry standards, client specifications, and company guidelines.
  • Generate BOM-related reports and communicate updates to management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in BOM preparation, technical documentation, or pre-sales support (preferably in IT/security solutions).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheets, and ERP/BOM tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
