We're looking for someone who can turn complex insurance processes into simple, smart digital solutions. You'll work closely with business teams and developers to make sure every system improvement—big or small—helps our clients, streamlines our operations, and keeps us ahead of the curve.

The top priorities are to own and prioritize the product backlog, define and drive the product vision and roadmap, and align business and technical teams through strong stakeholder collaboration.

Role:

  • Lead the product backlog. Set priorities, refine requirements, and guide what gets built next for our insurance systems—from policy admin to claims tools and customer portals.

  • Define the roadmap. Align product goals with business needs, compliance rules, and customer experience improvements.

  • Collaborate across teams. Partner with Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Sales, and IT to turn ideas into clear, actionable deliverables.

  • Validate releases. Review system enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements and regulatory standards.

  • Solve problems fast. Make trade-offs and decisions that balance business priorities with technical feasibility.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and Kanban

  • Skilled in writing user stories and managing backlogs

  • Proficient in Jira for project tracking

  • At least 5 years of experience in a product team as a Product Owner, UX Designer, or Business Analyst

  • Background in the insurance industry is a plus

  • Experience leading teams and building complex systems

  • Proven success in delivering B2B or B2C products
