Job description:
Duties/ Responsibilities:
As a Lead Management Specialist, you will be responsible for qualifying leads for our client solar energy solutions. Your primary objective is to identify prospective customers, engage them in meaningful conversations, and assess their solar energy needs and potential interest in our client products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a knack for lead nurturing, and a passion for promoting renewable energy.
Software Knowledge:
- Google Workspace: i.e. Google Maps, Google Mail, Google Calendar, Google Doc, Google Sheets.

- CRM-Sales Force
- Enerflo
- Net Suites
- Google My Business

Requirements:
- Great communication skills (English speaking)
- Phone etiquette.
- E-mail communication.
- Great time management
- Persistence, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection positively.
- Excellent Listening skills to better understand what prospects are trying to
- accomplish by going solar.
Being able to ask qualifying questions.
Familiarity with solar energy concepts and benefits.
