We are looking for customer service representatives who are proficient in Chinese (Mandarin), Hokkien, and English. Mainly responsible for providing professional, efficient, and friendly support and services to customers through channels such as telephone, email, and online chat. Your core mission is to enhance customer satisfaction, maintain the company's brand image, and solve various problems encountered by customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle various inquiries, complaints, and suggestions from customers through major channels such as telephone, email, and online chat, using fluent English, Mandarin Chinese, and Minnan dialect;

  2. Accurately understand customer needs, efficiently diagnose product usage, order status, logistics tracking, bill inquiry, after-sales service and other issues, and provide clear solutions;

  3. Proactively care for customers, collect customer feedback, and promptly convey customer opinions and suggestions to relevant departments;

  4. Create, follow up, and close service request forms in a timely manner according to customer needs.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree;

  2. Proficient in Chinese, English, and Hokkien;

  3. Have more than 1 year of work experience in customer service or related fields. Experience in call center, e-commerce, telecommunications, or technical support is preferred;

  4. Have a pleasant voice, be good at listening, express clearly and systematically, and have empathy;

  5. Stable and patient personality, able to handle customer complaints and negative emotions properly, and maintain professionalism and service quality under high-intensity work pressure;

  6. Willing to collaborate and share with team members.
