About the role

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to handle a Telecommunications (Telco) Account in our BPO company. In this role, you will support customers with their mobile, internet, and cable service needs. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound calls, chats, or emails from customers regarding mobile, broadband, and cable services.
  • Assist with billing concerns, payments, account activations, and plan upgrades.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting for network, connectivity, and device-related issues.
  • Educate customers about available plans, promotions, and service features.
  • Ensure first-call resolution and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions.
  • Meet performance metrics such as quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).

What we're looking for

  1. Must have 6 months BPO/Call Center experience
  2. Willing to work on site at McKinley Taguig
  3. Willing to do One-day process (Virtual Hiring)
