Job Summary

The primary objective of the Food Service Representative (FSR) is to achieve the assigned key account sales budget or targets via the attainment of distribution and the execution of corporate and account-specific promotions. The FSR ensures that account payment collections are within prescribed trading term agreements or SFI management considerations, and is also responsible for building customer goodwill and acceptance of SFI products and policies in managed stores.

Qualifications:

-Located in Bacolod City

-Must be a College Graduate

-With Sales Experience

-2 Years of work experience in a related field.

-Essential skills/traits: Sales and Account Management, Negotiations, Communications, Presentation, and Prospecting Skills.

-Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles.

-Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.

-Strong communication and teamwork skills.

-Ability to work in fast-paced environments and multitask effectively.

-Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.

Key Result Area:

Business Volume Target Achievement:

1. Achieve collective Food Service Accounts set volume targets monthly with a semi-annual review.

Portfolio Management:

1. Specialized/FS customized products monitoring and maximization of special (customized) products that are sold to applicable accounts, and ensure inventory depletion. Should be able to meet 10% or less in terms of leftover inventories for special products. (compared to monthly run rates or consumption).

2. Ensure proper communication of customer specifications to manufacturing or SLT/Fab to avoid mishaps or rejection of customers.

AR Resource Management:

1. Ensures achievement of desired AR collection levels as mandated by SFI.

Job Responsibilities:

-Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies to ensure stock levels.

-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

-Assist in planning and suggest improvements based on customer feedback.

-Train and guide sales staff on food handling and service protocols.

-Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen and dining operations.

-Address customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.

-Account payment collections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
