Are you a results-driven automation pro with deep experience/expertise in GoHighLevel

(GHL), Zoho, and n8n? We are looking for a contract-based Automation & Systems

Specialist to help streamline and scale our internal systems.

What You'll Do:

  • Audit current workflows across GHL, Zoho CRM, and n8n.
  • Build and optimize automations for lead nurturing, client onboarding, reporting, task

management, and communication across platforms.

  • Integrate third-party tools to streamline our employee deployment process and

customer lifecycle.

  • Collaborate directly with the founder and the core team to ensure systems align with

business goals.

We're Looking For:

  • Proven ADVANCED experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, customization, automation,

reporting, workflows, email/SMS campaigns, pipelines, dashboards).

  • Strong Zoho expertise (Data Migration).
  • MASTERY in building custom automation workflows using n8n or similar

no-code/low-code platforms.

- It's a plus if you've worked with service-based or staffing/outsourcing businesses.- Strong communication and documentation skills — clarity and speed are a must.
