  1. Healthy Beverage Creation – Juices & Smoothies (Primary Role)

Prepare all fresh juices, smoothies, and wellness shots according to standardized recipes.

Maintain consistency in taste, visual presentation, and portion control.

Operate juicing machines safely and hygienically.

Assist in creating seasonal or custom wellness beverages.

  1. Coffee Preparation & Barista Duties

Prepare espresso-based drinks such as americano, latte etc.

Calibrate and maintain the grinder and espresso machine daily.

Ensure proper milk steaming, coffee extraction, and beverage presentation.

Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area at all times.

Provide recommendations based on customer preferences.

  1. Light Food Preparation

Prepare healthy sandwiches, wraps, and other simple nutritious meals.

Follow proper food handling and safety guidelines.

Maintain consistent food quality, freshness, and presentation.

  1. Fresh Produce Purchasing & Inventory

Monitor ingredient levels and identify daily/weekly purchasing needs.

Purchase fresh produce and ingredients from approved suppliers or markets.

Inspect all items for quality, freshness, and cost-effectiveness.

Track inventory, rotation, and waste reduction.

  1. Cashiering & Customer Service

Handle cash, digital payments, and receipts responsibly.

Provide friendly, knowledgeable service for all juice, food, and coffee items.

Explain benefits of menu items and ingredients when needed.

Assist customers with orders and ensure a positive café experience.

  1. Cleanliness & Operational Upkeep

Maintain spotless workstations: juice bar, coffee bar, and kitchen area.

Sanitize equipment, counters, and tools regularly.

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and café cleanliness standards.

Support with opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

Experience in juicing, barista work, or food preparation (any one is a big advantage).

Knowledge in wellness ingredients, nutrition, or healthy food trends is a plus.

Basic math skills for cashiering and inventory.

Trustworthy, organized, and able to work independently.

Friendly, customer-focused, and service-oriented.

Willing to learn new recipes and maintain brand standards.
