Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Marketing Support

Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Monitor engagement and track performance to improve content strategy

Research trends, competitors, and creative ideas to keep our brand relevant and exciting

Assist in managing digital marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns

Content & Design Assistance

Create and edit visuals for social media, email, and marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator

Maintain brand consistency and ensure all designs align with company standards

Support content creation — captions, layouts, and marketing copy as needed

Administrative & Coordination Tasks

Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing activities and deadlines

Maintain organized records of campaigns, reports, and marketing assets

Assist in updating website content and other marketing materials (preferred, not required)

Help manage email campaigns, leads, and CRM updates

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

3–5 years of experience in marketing, design, or as a digital assistant

Has background in website content management (preferred but not required)

Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

Solid experience in managing social media content and developing strategy

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
