About the Opportunity

We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients: "Sydney's Premier European Service and Performance Centre," specializing in European‑brand cars: Mercedes‑Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, and more — a dynamic and growing company — looking for a talented Social Media Management & Content Specialist with Web Design to support their digital marketing efforts. This is a remote role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across social media, video content, and web design.

You'll be part of a small, creative team that values quality content, fresh ideas, and consistency. This role offers flexibility, opportunity for growth, and a chance to shape the company's online presence from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain social media channels (content posting, scheduling, captions, basic engagement)
  • Create and edit video content for social media (short-form, promos, brand content)
  • Assist with light web design or updates using WordPress (required)
  • Collaborate on content ideas, plan content calendar, and help strategize digital campaigns
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and quality standards
  • Perform additional content-related or admin tasks as needed to support the team

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Solid video editing skills (short-form videos, social media content)
  • Basic familiarity with WordPress (or similar CMS) for simple web content updates and maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver on deadlines
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Desirable / Bonus Skills

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) → for creating social media visuals
  • Understanding of social media trends and best practices
  • Basic knowledge of web design principles (responsive layout, media optimization)
