KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting Assistant
  • Support daily accounting operations (AP/AR, journal entries, filing)
  • Assist in reconciliations, schedules, and documentation
  • Help prepare month-end reports and requirements
Treasury Assistant
  • Assist in cash flow monitoring and daily fund positions
  • Prepare bank deposits, withdrawals, and online banking tasks
  • Track project fund requests and revolving funds
Contract & Billing Assistant
  • Assist in reviewing contracts, POs, and billing submissions
  • Validate supporting documents and monitor billing timelines
  • Maintain organized and controlled documentation

QUALIFICATIONS (APPLICABLE TO ALL POSITIONS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any accounting/finance-related course
  • Open for fresh graduates
  • Strong attention to detail, discipline, and confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with numerical tasks
  • Organized, reliable, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
