Job summary:

  • The Fulfillment Team Lead leads a team of pick pack staff and warehouse staff. His/her main responsibility is to ensure that the pick pack operations of the warehouse goes smoothly day by day. The Fulfillment Team Lead reports directly to the Fulfillment Supervisor.

Key responsibilities:

  • Replenishment
  • Assists the Inventory Team Lead for timely replenishment of stocks in shelves
  • Ensures that all stocks available are placed in the picking shelves
  • Pick, Scan, Pack
  • Delegates and plans the PSP staff's tasks as needed in the pick pack operations.
  • Ensures that all orders are correctly processed and labeled
  • Irons out day to day fulfillment operations issues
  • Manages the backend system in case of issues
  • Ensures proper handling of stocks during the pick pack process
  • Staging
  • Ensures the placing of orders to the right pallets, making sure that everything is ready for dispatch
  • People Management
  • Monitoring of daily schedule and attendance
  • Raise any misconduct for disciplinary action
  • Trains the PSP staff and Warehouse Staff
  • Admin/Reportorial Requirements

Qualifications, certifications and education requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree operations management, or any related field
  • Must have at least 1-2 years of significant experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, Logistics and inventory control
  • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Drive products
  • Proficiency in using database applications
  • Solid knowledge of inventory and quality control

LOCATION: Flora Integrated Farm Inc. Bldg Brgy. Pamorangon Daet Camarines Norte (near Nathaniel's Hotel)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php14,000.00 per month
