Job summary:
MFC Team Leader will be in charge of daily operations
Implementation of improvement projects
Maintaining the efficiency of inbound/outbound operations
Overseeing the operational process
Ensuring overall processes are streamlined
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for inbound/outbound transactions
Monitor the efficiency of inbound, putaway, and outbound
Evaluate existing warehouse process
Provide training programs on new processes as needed
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Ensure to have enough space for incoming stocks, staging, and dispatch
Properly supervise, ensure training and effectively motivate all personnel in the warehouse operations
Impose sanctions / disciplinary action for any violations committed
Responsible for implementation and compliance of all SOPs in daily warehouse operations
Determine what are the bottlenecks in the process and provide resolutions
Planning for future capacity requirements
Utilizing docks and warehouse layout
To evaluate staff performance, determines training requirements to ensure that skills & knowledge are enhanced as part of staff development program
Monitor FEFO of the products and ensures putaway is performed accordingly
Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse space including lighting, ventilation, and other utilities within premises
Ensure data accuracy of inbound transactions both on system and physical documents
Ensure completeness of physical documents and proper filing
Perform other related jobs/duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time
Qualifications, certifications and education requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, CIE is a plus, logistics, supply chain or relevant field
At least 2-3 years experience in Logistics and Warehousing Operations
Ability to multitask and deal with stressful situations
Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational skills and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
Have strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.
Is impact-driven and want to make a positive impact to the lives of Sari Sari store owners; ultimately playing a role in bridging the income inequality gap in the Philippines
Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions
Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Good collaboration and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
