Job Summary:

The Inbound Team Leader oversees daily receiving operations to ensure efficient and accurate handling of incoming goods from local and international suppliers. This role involves scheduling appointments, assigning docks and manpower, monitoring equipment use, and ensuring compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead inbound activities to ensure smooth receiving operations.
  • Enforce receiving SOPs and ensure product quality and accuracy of deliveries.
  • Monitor daily productivity and address discrepancies or irregularities promptly.
  • Validate delivery documents (POs, invoices, DRs) and ensure compliance with policies such as "No PO, No Receiving."
  • Generate reports for discrepancies and communicate with relevant departments.
  • Ensure proper stacking, preventive maintenance of equipment, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Participate in team trainings and company initiatives for process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Accountancy, Business, or Finance.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail distribution center or warehouse operations.
  • Proficient in WMS, Excel, JDA, and NetSuite.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
