What You'll Be Doing
- Provide customer support primarily through email, with some chat as needed
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver accurate information to customers
- Handle customer requests with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Troubleshoot problems, escalate when needed, and follow through to resolution
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the system
- Ensure every customer receives a positive and supportive experience
