About the role

Novomed, Inc.', a leading provider of innovative medical solutions, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Medical Rep to join our team in Paranaque City Metro Manila. This full-time position will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our reach within the healthcare sector.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively engage with healthcare professionals to promote Novomed's cutting-edge medical products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while also identifying and securing new sales opportunities
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical support to ensure customers' needs are met
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform business strategy
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain detailed records and provide regular sales reports

What we're looking for

  • Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of experience in medical sales or a related field
  • A proven track record of success in sales, with the ability to identify and close new business opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to provide tailored solutions to customers
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and regulatory environment
  • Proficient in using sales-related software and tools
  • A team player with a positive, results-oriented attitude
