We're looking for someone who can confidently face walk-in clients and agents at the branch while also managing renewals and service needs from clients. This is not just a desk job—it's part relationship management, part sales closer, and part client support rep.

Role:

To renew clients into another coverage cycle before they walk away. That means knowing how to handle tricky client questions, especially those tied to payment or unpaid claims, and using your negotiation skills to keep them covered and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Renewal: Lead the charge in renewing policies for the next cycle (includes facilitation of payments)—your main KPI.
  • Frontline Client Support: Serve as the primary contact for both in-branch visitors and remotely managed clients/agents that will be assigned to you.
  • Monitoring & Accuracy: Keep client records updated and ensure medical coverages remain active year-on-year.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues and prevent recurring problems in renewals.

  • Help clients understand issues related to their insurance policies and guide them toward resolution so renewals can move forward.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in after sales or customer service
  • Solid negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable with multitasking and fast-paced client interactions
  • A people person with a sense of urgency and empathy
