  • Develop strategic plans to promote ethical products among identified specialists, driving sales and market share growth.
  • Formulate effective strategies to achieve sales objectives and expand market presence.
  • Lead the planning and execution of CME activities, including product presentations, webinars, and symposia, within assigned territories.
  • Maintain strong relationships with target specialists, speakers, and key opinion leaders to drive business growth.
  • Develop and update Territory Master Work Plans as the foundation for planning MD calls and implementing programs.
  • Design territory-based initiatives to enhance understanding of assigned products among customers.
  • Monitor sales, product movements, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications

Meet our minimum qualifications to excel in this role:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
  • Hold valid certifications, including a valid Med Rep PRC.
  • Be willing to travel and work in various locations, such as Marikina and Rizal Uptowns.
